Who can use The Friendly Chef

You must be 18 or older to create an account. By creating an account you confirm this.

What the service is

The Friendly Chef connects customers with independent home cooks. Cooks are responsible for their own eligibility to operate, food safety and delivery. The platform verifies evidence where stated but does not authorize any operation that local law does not permit.

Payments

Customers pay through Stripe. The platform fee is stated at checkout. Delivery fees and tips go to the cook. Refund handling follows the policy shown at the time of the order.

Your account

You may export or delete your account from the account page. Records required for legal or financial purposes are retained as described in the Privacy Notice.
